Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Harrogate grew as a Victorian spa and remains one of the most settled residential towns in North Yorkshire. The Duchy and Coppice Valley wards sit west of the centre: quiet streets, mature trees, and the Ringway path into Birk Crag.
Birk Crag itself is a wooded valley on Oak Beck, a local walking ground rather than a tourist set-piece. The court that takes its name is a small cul-de-sac of detached houses, built for families who wanted Harrogate without the parade.

Aurora, Denver metro
Aurora 80010 is older Denver-metro fabric: mid-century streets, brick ranches, and lots that still have room to breathe. Kingston Street sits in the Highland Park / Original Aurora grid, east of the city and west of the newer prairie suburbs.
The 1959 ranch is a type Colorado built in volume after the war — one storey, attached garage, picture window — now valuable for the land under it as much as the house. The lot here is just over 8,700 square feet.

Casper, Natrona County
Casper is Wyoming’s working city: energy, the North Platte, and a residential east side that still reads as 1960s America. East 6th Street in the Chevy Chase addition is a quiet split-level street, lots of a tenth of an acre, masonry chimneys, two-car garages.
The house was built in 1962. Living space is just under two thousand square feet, with a finished basement and a garage of five hundred. It is not a trophy — it is a solid, heated, lived-in house in a town that still prices housing as housing.
