Approach

We buy slowly and hold. A house has to work as a house — weather, tenancy, title — before it works as an investment. The English holding is freehold. The American holdings are fee-simple single-family homes. There is no leverage story attached to the public face of the firm.

Indicative values on this site come from public records and nearby sales. They are a courtesy, not a pitch. If a house is to be sold, let, or improved, that conversation happens in writing, with the people who own it.

Correspondence is welcome from occupiers, buyers, managers, and neighbours. We are a small firm on purpose.
